Welcome to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and our Athletic Training Department. Our staff of certified athletic trainers provides prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The School of Education does not offer an athletic training education program at SIUE. Please check the link for the NATA for current nationally accredited athletic training programs.

Visiting Team Information

Attention All Student-Athletes:

Please open the attachments, read them carefully and complete the appropriate paperwork. All of the “paper work” will be collected on line on Sportsware ( This is the injury tracking software that we use to track student athletes in the athletic training room. The attachments have instructions on how to access it. Please contact one of the athletic trainers at 618 650-2883 if you are having issues accessing the system.
