Marty Perry became the 12th player in school history to score 1,000 points in Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's season finale loss at Indianapolis.
Perry scored a team-high 20 points and completed his three seasons at SIUE with 1,013 points for the Cougars (7-19, 3-17 GLVC), which lost to Indianapolis 93-68. Indianapolis heads into the GLVC Tournament with a 15-11 record and am 11-9 mark in the GLVC.
Cedric Moodie led all scorers in the win for Indianapolis with 22 points.
The game marked the final contest as SIUE head coach for Jack Margenthaler, who announced his retirement.
